About the Wine: This wine is primarily produced from one estate from fairly young vines. The wine is aged in American and French oak.
Tasting Notes: This was part of the Wines of Chile blogger tasting. 57% Carmenere, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot. 14.7% ABV. Color is red/violet. Nose is red fruit, smoke, and tobacco. This smells great! Palate is dark fruit, coffee, chocolate, very complex, dry, smoke, wonderful balance, elegant. I really, really like this wine. Great value!
