I remember back on my visits to wineries in Washington State in 2008 ... <a href="http://www.januikwinery.com/" rel="nofollow"><strong>Januik Winery</strong></a> in Woodinville makes really good and nationally recognized artisan wine and at least one of their vineyards is certified (I forget the name of the certification) because they are 100% free of any chemicals that harm the local Salmon population... some of the local wineries still spray chemicals that leak into the nearby waters, inhabited by Salmon, among other species... SAVE THE SALMON!... :)... Mr. Januik used to be the winemaker at <a href="http://www.ste-michelle.com/" rel="nofollow"><strong>Chateau Ste.
